  • Excep­tions to this pol­i­cy may apply in cas­es of dupli­cate pay­ments or tech­ni­cal issues on our plat­form.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be grant­ed under the fol­low­ing cir­cum­stances:

  • Dupli­cate Pay­ment: If a user is charged twice for the same course or sub­scrip­tion.

  • Tech­ni­cal Issues: If the course con­tent is inac­ces­si­ble due to plat­form-relat­ed issues for an extend­ed peri­od and we are unable to resolve it.

  • Inac­cu­rate Course Descrip­tion: If the course pur­chased does not match the descrip­tion pro­vid­ed on the plat­form.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be pro­vid­ed in the fol­low­ing sit­u­a­tions:

  • Change of mind after pur­chase.

  • Inabil­i­ty to com­plete the course due to per­son­al rea­sons.

  • Fail­ure to meet sys­tem require­ments nec­es­sary to access the course.


4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Pro­vide the fol­low­ing details:

    • Your reg­is­tered email address.

    • Trans­ac­tion ID or receipt of the pay­ment.

    • Rea­son for request­ing the refund.

  3. Our team will review your request with­in 7 busi­ness days and noti­fy you of the out­come.


5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be cred­it­ed to the orig­i­nal pay­ment method used dur­ing the trans­ac­tion.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 busi­ness days to reflect in your account, depend­ing on your bank or pay­ment provider.


6. Dispute Resolution
