At Study Buddy ShareLine (Ontesta OPC Pvt. Ltd.), our products are primarily digital educational resources — including audio lessons, PDFs/notes, quizzes, and tests. Therefore, no physical shipping is required. This policy explains how digital products are delivered after purchase.
1. Digital Product Delivery
- Instant Access: Once your payment is successfully processed, access to purchased courses, notes, and quizzes is provided immediately through your registered account on our platform.
- Email Confirmation: You will also receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and instructions to access your content.
- Subscriptions & Cohorts: If you enroll in a subscription or cohort-based program, access will be granted on the program start date or as per the details mentioned on the course page.
2. Delivery Channels
Our products are delivered via:
- Website Account Dashboard – login to your Study Buddy ShareLine account.
- Email/Notifications – purchase confirmation and access instructions.
- Student Communities (Telegram/WhatsApp) – if additional resources or group access are included in your purchase.
3. Non-Delivery Situations
Access may be delayed or denied in the following cases:
- Payment Pending/Failure: If payment is unsuccessful or flagged by the payment gateway.
- Incorrect Email/Details: If the user provides wrong details during signup.
